This blog is where I am going to tell about all my high school experiences. Good, bad, sad, AND embarrassing. Also I am going to try and lose like 10 or 15 pounds and I will be tracking it and saying everything that happens in my day.

First day of healthy eating!
Ok, so, in the morning I had a Cinnabon bar. For lunch I had some spaghetti with some butter and a fruit and nut bar and then some watermelon. So, so far, so good. When I got home, I had a snack at about 3:20ish and I had potato sticks that are not bad for you and then I had some more watermelon. Oh and me and my friend were going to walk to the mall which is like 2 miles from my house and we walked it all and right before that she had half a brownie and I had half a brownie. For dinner, I had an Amato's small veggie Italian and a sprite. And that is what happened in my first day of eating healthy! :D

Healthy Eating
Ok, so me and my friend are going to start eating healthy and exercising. So what we are going to do is, no more junk food, more water, walking to my house, which is about 3 miles, then to exercise at my house. We both want to look hot for summer! I will be posting what goes on almost everyday. So if you want to see what we eat, and what we do, then follow this blog because in 5 weeks we should be looking FINEE!!!
